About us

Our company was started by Michael Forrester, a solicitor who has practised in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Shropshire.

In 2007 Michael trained as a Domestic Energy Assessor, and when the Government introduced Home Information Packs (HIPs), he started providing HIPs and Energy Performance Certificates for local property professionals.

In 2009, the business developed to become accredited to produce Energy Performance Certificates for Level 3 Commercial Property, and also obtained a licence to audit "BREEAM in Use" assessments for certification by the BRE. 

Based in Penkridge, between junctions 12 and 13 of the M6, we are ideally situated to have easy access to the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Shropshire, and have associates all over the UK, should our services be required farther afield.

Our aim is to steadily grow, and to be able to provide our services to a wider section of those engaged in the Property Professions, whilst looking to continue to add to the range of services that we can provide in this ever changing, and increasingly energy conscious Property Industry.
